Job description

We are looking for a proactive and client-oriented Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of projects from kickoff to launch. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, capable of balancing client expectations with internal delivery timelines, and translating business needs into actionable technical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
• Translate client requirements into detailed project plans and technical tasks
• Coordinate internal resources (designers, developers, etc.) for flawless execution
• Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to meet goals
• Conduct regular check-ins, stand-ups, and retrospectives with teams
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and status reports
• Ensure high-quality, on-time, and within-budget delivery of all projects
• Support the development of internal processes to improve efficiency and quality

Required Skillset & Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a tech or software development environment
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban/Waterfall)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business language into technical tasks
• Familiarity with tools like Jira or similar
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in parallel
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

Nice to Have

• Experience with software development projects
• Product Owner or Scrum Master certifications
• Basic technical understanding (e.g., APIs, CMS platforms, cloud environments)
• Experience working with international clients
