We’re looking for an experienced full-time Technical Project Manager (Development Team-Focused) to join our team and help shape the future of companies around the world.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects.
• Act as the liaison between the development team and other stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks and user stories.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the development team.
• Communicate with clients to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Implement and improve project management processes and practices.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure the team adheres to Scrum practices.
• Remove impediments to ensure the team's productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Understand and assess the time complexity of requests, databases, services, and DevOps to provide accurate estimations and avoid unnecessary client communication.

Required Skillset

Technical Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Familiarity with programming languages and frameworks.
• Knowledge of databases, relationships, services, and DevOps.
• Ability to detect high or low estimations on time complexity of requests.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in client communication and requirements gathering.

Project Management Tools:

• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
• Ability to track and report project progress effectively.

Agile and Scrum Practices:

• In-depth knowledge of Scrum principles and practices.
• Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives).

Organizational Skills:

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Problem-Solving and Strategic Thinking:

• Ability to identify technical issues and implement solutions.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Client and Stakeholder Management:

• Experience in managing client relationships and expectations.
• Ability to effectively communicate project updates and requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in technical project management within the software development industry.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus.
