Job description

We are looking for a passionate Creative Designer who is highly experienced in animation, motion design as well as expert in graphic design and social media visual content creation. You will contribute to the ongoing success of our clients and the growth of our creative team, while working closely with Senior Designers, Marketing Team and Project Managers to craft visually stunning and effective designs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery.
• Work on creative vision across various design projects, including advertisements, brochures, posters, flyers, banners, logos, presentation decks, infographics, social media assets, video animations and more.
• Take ownership of social media design projects, including both organic and paid designs, using Photoshop to build up sophisticated graphical compositions.
• Create engaging motion designs for social media, collaborate with UX/UI designers to create animated microinteractions, and product demonstrations using After Effects.
• Be a self-starter, enthusiastic about social media and digital technology, pro-actively exploring innovations like AI or new ways of creating visual content for brands on social media.
• Follow design briefs and creative directions to create appealing and effective designs.
• Stay organized and communicate effectively, smoothly juggling multiple projects with ease and clarity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in various design projects including Brand Identity, Layout Design, and Animation.
• Passion for design; not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve.
• Very good knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
• Strong proficiency in After Effects is essential, with the ability to create advanced animations and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with Premiere Pro, Blender, Cinema 4D will be a plus
• Deep curiosity in all phases of the design process including research, copywriting, designing and verbally and visually presenting.
• Excellent eye for layout, typography and color.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English. Ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to team members and non-creative stakeholders.
