We increased first-match success and platform safety by implementing AI-driven ranking, trust scoring, and early fraud-detection workflows across the marketplace ecosystem.The platform was designed to improve how users discovered trusted service providers by analyzing behavioral signals, historical activity, profile quality, and engagement patterns beyond traditional manual review processes.

Ptera implemented the AI infrastructure powering these workflows, combining recommendation models, trust classification, NLP moderation, and profile validation systems to support safer interactions, stronger match quality, and more reliable marketplace experiences at scale.
